Mark started off his automotive education at Folcroft vo-tech while in high school. He started working at a couple independent automotive shops before making his way to a Cadillac dealer where he worked for a few years. After high school Mark continued his automotive education at Wyotech in Blairsville, PA where he graduated with an automotive technology certificate and an associates degree in specialized service management. Following Wyotech, Mark went back to Cadillac to work for a few more years in which time he also became GM master mechanic and ASE master certified. Mark then worked at Carmax for a short time before opening up Leading Edge Autosport.
Most notably people know Mark's car, the custom built twin turbo hot rod that is seen driving down the road and to shows locally in PA and Delaware. Mark built this car from the ground up starting with straight pieces of steel from the steel mill for the frame. The engine and body were also built by Mark along with all the welding (steel, aluminum, and stainless steel) and wiring on the vehicle. The cars license plate "HND-BULT" seems very fitting. The car was started when he was 18 and was first driven down the road by 22. Over the years the car has evolved, trying to make it faster and better looking. The car has won 8 awards at various car shows and has also been featured in the West Chester press in July of 2015
